US Domestic Shipping

Standard shipping with full insurance is included for orders above $500 within the US. Priority delivery options may be selected for additional shipping fees at checkout. Please note that all orders $500 and above require signature upon delivery for insurance purposes.

International Shipping

For all international orders, please select International Shipping at checkout. Please note that due to customs and duty fees, items shipped to addresses outside of the United States are non-returnable.

Please be advised that payment of any duties or import taxes is the responsibility of the buyer and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. We are unable to provide the value of the duties or import taxes, as they are calculated by each country's customs agency and depend on each country's regulations.

Returns

Items are refundable within 14 days of delivery minus the cost of shipping. Please contact us to begin a return. Please note that due to customs and duty fees, items shipped to addresses outside of the United States are non-returnable.

The return package must include the same packaging you received and the piece should be in original condition. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the piece is not returned in original condition. Once the return package is physically received, the buyer will be notified and the refund processed. The refund will be to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Any customized and made-to-order pieces are final sale. This includes pieces that have been resized upon customer's request and fully or partially customized pieces.
